As global AI computing power drives business transformation, an enterprise’s ability to scale its digital infrastructure dictates its future competitiveness. Chief Telecom’s strategy is built upon three core pillars—AI, Network, and Cloud—to forge a proprietary ‘Dual Exchange Center Platform.’ This platform leverages our CCX (Chief Cloud Exchange) and TPIX (Taipei Internet Exchange) to serve as essential global connection hubs, positioning Chief as the most trusted digital partner worldwide.

Notably, Chief Telecom has officially achieved Gold Tier Verification in Google Verified Peering Provider (VPP), confirming that our cross-border network connectivity, bandwidth, and service redundancy meet Google’s stringent global backbone standards. Leveraging our comprehensive ‘Taiwan Ring’ fiber network and high-performance SD-WAN services, we offer enterprise clients superior direct connections that guarantee speed, security, stability, and compliance.
Chief Telecom also meets the Google VPP program’s high-availability connection requirements in both Taiwan and Japan. Leveraging its island-wide “Taiwan Ring” fiber network and secure SD-WAN services, Chief Telecom provides service providers and enterprise users across different regions with high-speed, secure, compliant, and stable high-end direct connections. Through this partnership with Google, clients in finance, manufacturing, content industries, and government agencies can benefit from the high-quality connectivity of Google’s global network and cloud services, accelerating digital transformation and ensuring business continuity without network bottlenecks.

Chief Telecom leveraged its foresight to integrate its two premier services—CCX (Chief Cloud Exchange) and TPIX (Taipei Internet Exchange —to establish the ‘Dual Exchange Center Platform’. This platform fundamentally embodies Chief’s strength in delivering cutting-edge AI computing infrastructure.
TPIX currently has 264 members, ranking it 50th globally. Its membership includes both local Taiwanese and international ISPs, CSPs, submarine cable operators, and fixed network carriers. TPIX is firmly established as Taiwan’s largest exchange center in terms of both member count and exchange traffic. TPIX is now actively pursuing the goal of becoming one of the top 3 Internet Exchange Centers in Asia and one of the top 50 globally.
Furthermore, Chief Telecom offers a streamlined connection process. Enterprise clients do not need to manage the technical requirements and resource investment for Google Direct Peering independently. By simply using Chief Telecom’s SD-WAN or Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) services, they can achieve one-stop direct connectivity to Google’s global network backbone.
