Q3 | On which devices can I use SurveyCake ? |
| 1.For survey designers: It is suggested to use standard PC or notebook (with either Windows or Mac OS). At SurveyCake backend, users can create, manage, analyze their surveys. To be serious, would you like to create a questionnaire with lots of questions or jump logic with an iPhone? It is also recommended to use the latest browser version.
2.For participants: On the answering page, responsive web design is supported. Therefore, participants can easily finish a survey on any kind of devices. |
Q4 | How fast can SurveyCake collect survey responses ? |
| When the participants click finish/send and the page shows “success,” users only need to refresh the backend to be able to see the latest responses. |
Q5 | What can I do if I forgot the password ? |
| 1.Enter the login page of SurveyCake and click “Forgot password.”
2.Fill your e-mail address and click “Reset password” and the system will send an e-mail to reset password in your mailbox.
3.Click the link to reset password.
4.Use new password to log in.
5.If it still fails, please fill in customer service form and send to: support@surveycake.com and our customer service staff will support you. |

Q7 | Can I change the registered Email ? |
| While the account is bound to your email, it is like your ID. To protect user privacy and security, once you register successfully, you cannot edit, revise, or transfer account information, including account, password, or questionnaire data. We sincerely recommend you to register a new account with the correct email address. When you complete registration of the new account, you can use the function “transfer questionnaire” and transfer the questionnaires to your new account. However, if your previous account is upgraded to PRO, the usage rights cannot be transferred to the new account.

Q8 | What to do if I cannot log in ? |
| Please review your log-in account and password (there might be difference in numbers or capitals) or you can check your mailbox and search for the registration mail sent from hello@surveycake.com. After confirming the account is correct, reset the password to log in. |
