Chief is a neutral and professional Asia hub. There are three telecommunication buildings in Taiwan’s Taipei area, with over 10 thousand pings of telecom and computer room floor space, providing submarine cable connection, public peering, private peering or transit between domestic and foreign telecom service providers. At the same time, co-location space as well as related logistics and management services are also provided for corporate customers.
Space/ Cage and Suites
Chief’s carrier-grade Internet Data Center combined with cutting-edge information technology, system and Internet skills, has created professional telecommunication services for enterprises. With world-class IDC facilities, Chief provides hosting services with high quality and high stability.
Cabinets
Chief provides close cabinet and open rack services. Both have high quality dual loop uninterrupted power supply systems, air conditioning, fire alarms, environment and traffic control, and are equipped with Ethernet lines, coaxial cable or fiber. Users can also choose to use Chief Telecom’s high quality network or integrated solutions.
Inter-connection
Customers can apply coaxial cable (UTP CAT5 or CAT6) or fiber to connect to fix network service provider, ISP or customers, and share all network and submarine cable resources in Chief’s internet data center.
Customized Power
Chief provides a standard rack power of 20A/120V per rack. Different power can be provided depends on customer’s usage, such as 220V、380V、DC -48V、30-100A.
Managed Service
Managed Service includes system monitoring, remote hand service and special project service. System monitoring is the basic service for Chief’s IDC customers, which includes MRTG and system alarm. Any customer using Chief’s Co-Location Service will have level 1 service at no extra charge.
