1.The ILEC(Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier), IXC(Inter eXchange Carrier),   MAN(Metropolitan Area Network), and PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network)   operators in Taiwan are all co-located at Chief.
2.Networks of international and domestic operators are all gathered and inter-connected   at Chief.

The Meet-Me Area provides interconnections among international and domestic carriers.

The built-in wiring conduits are designed for easy distribution of circuit/ cable/ fibers to all systems/ racks.
