(“Chief”) (or Chief’s licensors) own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Chief and that you shall not disclose such information without Chief’s prior written consent.
Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Chief, nothing in the Terms gives you any right to use any of Chief’s corporate identification symbol, company name, trade dress, trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
If you have been given an explicit right to use any of these brand features in a separate written agreement with Chief, then you agree that your use of such features shall be in compliance with that agreement, any applicable provisions of the Terms, and Chief ‘s brand feature use guidelines as updated from time to time.
You agree that you shall not rewrite, revise, amend, remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices) which may be affixed to or contained within the Services.
Unless you have been expressly authorized to do so in writing by Chief, you agree that in using the Services, you will not use any trademark, service mark, trade name, corporate identification symbol, logo of any company or organization in a way that is likely or intended to cause confusion or misidentification about the owner or authorized user of such symbol, marks, names or logos.
The Chief site contains links to other sites. The links are meant to enable access to publicly available information to those who are allowed to the Chief site only. Chief makes no representations and warranty whatsoever about any other website which you may access through the Chief site. When you leave the Chief site, please understand that Chief has no control over the content on that website. In addition, a link to a non- Chief website does not imply and does not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, approval or responsibility for the content, or the use of such third-party website.
