Chief Telecom, a carrier-neutral IDC operator, today announced a strategic collaboration with AI pioneer MoBagel and global industrial and embedded AI leader Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. As part of this collaboration, the parties are working on the launch of an “Enterprise Private On-Premises Agentic AI Platform” service. This collaboration not only paves the way for Chief Telecom’s second growth curve but also accelerates the sales of its core products, positioning the company as a pivotal player within this alliance framework.
Chief Telecom Chairman Jerry Shao stated that Generative AI has become a core emerging application tool for enterprise, with data privacy and computing costs serving as critical indicators for successful AI transformation. Through this collaboration, Chief Telecom is planning to integrate MoBagel’s Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology with Qualcomm’s high-performance edge AI and computing capabilities. That will further empower sectors such as finance, manufacturing, and retail to achieve automated, intelligent decision-making while firmly ensuring data sovereignty.
Safeguarding Enterprise AI Data Sovereignty: Breaking Performance Barriers
The Enterprise Private On-Premises Agentic AI Platform service is built upon MoBagel’s RAG technology as its core, transforming traditional On-Premises data storage into an intelligent hub with automated analytics capabilities. Through deep integration with existing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and real-time databases, fragmented data is consolidated into precise summaries and decision-making reports with traceable source attribution.
Evgeni Gousev, Vice President of Technology, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. stated, “Through its continuous innovation in intelligent computing, Qualcomm offers a broad portfolio of solutions powered by Qualcomm’s industry leading edge AI, high-performance, low-power computing, and connectivity technologies. We are pleased to collaborate with Chief Telecom and MoBagel. Qualcomm® Cloud AI 100 Ultra accelerator cards and software stack are designed to support high performance and energy efficient AI inference capabilities to help enterprises achieve automated intelligent decision-making while maintaining data security.”
MoBagel CEO Adms Chung stated, “Trust is the foundation for enterprise AI adoption. We aim to empower enterprises not only to leverage the latest AI technologies to enhance competitiveness, but also to confidently embrace transformation under the principles of trusted AI, becoming new benchmarks for enterprises in the AI era.”
To deliver ultimate computing efficiency, the Enterprise Private On-Premises Agentic AI platform is powered by the Qualcomm Cloud AI 100 Ultra accelerators. The solution is deployed within Chief Telecom’s internationally certified local data centers, which provide stable, reliable power infrastructure and environmental monitoring. Leveraging Chief’s proprietary “Triple Fiber Network Connectivity” (Taipei Ring, Taiwan Ring, and International Ring) integrated with SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) technology, the solution constructs a high-bandwidth, low-latency, and highly resilient network gateway. This ensures that enterprises can benefit from high-performance computing while keeping their data sovereignty fully intact.
From Security Compliance to Intelligent Decision-Making: Redefining Enterprise Value
MoBagel’s Enterprise Private On-Premises Agentic AI Platform has achieved ISO 27001 certification for international information security management Within a robust security framework—particularly for highly regulated industries such as financial services, the system not only automatically synthesizes the core essentials of lengthy regulations and research reports, establishing a comprehensive audit trail and source-cross-referencing mechanism, but also delivers source-attributable AI-generated responses—radically alleviating enterprise concerns regarding AI hallucinations.
In the manufacturing and retail sectors, the Enterprise Private On-Premises Agentic AI platform is designed to support exceptional system integration capabilities. Managers can use natural language queries to bridge data silos, directly access ERP or CRM databases, and generate reports. Whether for preserving maintenance knowledge across product lines or enabling automated store operations, the platform helps ensure that enterprises can significantly shorten the cycle from data analysis to business decision-making— all while maintaining a secure data environment.
The Enterprise Private On-Premises Agentic AI Platform service is also designed to not only help mitigate enterprise concerns around security and cost during AI transformation, but also, through deep hardware-software integration, will successfully transform Agentic AI from a conceptual innovation into immediately deployable business capabilities. Chief Telecom, MoBagel, and Qualcomm will continue to look for ways to advance the AI ecosystem, empowering enterprises worldwide with an aim towards helping to drive precise, data-driven decisions in connection with the various potential opportunities in the digital era.
